SLIPPERY'S LONG STROKE GOLF RANGE Website Terms and Conditions (Golf Ball Credit & Long Stroke Card Club) Last Updated: September 8, 2026 PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE, PURCHASING GOLF BALL CREDIT, OR PLAYING LONG STROKE CARD CLUB. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. 1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for, accessing, or using this website (the "Site"), operated by Slippery's Long Stroke Golf Range ("Long Stroke," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree in full, you must not access or use the Site. 2. Two Separate, Unrelated Systems The Site offers two features. They are entirely separate, are never linked, and one has no effect on the other: * Golf Ball Credit — a prepaid balance purchased with real money, redeemable only for golf balls and other merchandise in person at Slippery's Long Stroke Golf Range. Golf Ball Credit is a store credit, like a gift card. It is governed by Section 4. * Long Stroke Card Club — a free-to-play poker game offered purely for entertainment. It uses "Play Chips," which cannot be purchased, have no value of any kind, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for anything. It is governed by Section 5. No purchase of Golf Ball Credit affects your Card Club play in any way, and no outcome in Card Club affects your Golf Ball Credit balance in any way. Money never moves between the two systems, in either direction. 3. Eligibility * You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. * Golf Ball Credit is redeemable only in person at the physical Slippery's Long Stroke Golf Range location. By purchasing Golf Ball Credit, you acknowledge you intend to redeem it there. * You are responsible for complying with any additional on-site policies. 4. Golf Ball Credit * Golf Ball Credit is purchased with real money through the Site and represents prepaid value redeemable exclusively for golf balls and other merchandise at Slippery's Long Stroke Golf Range. * Golf Ball Credit has no use, function, or value anywhere in Long Stroke Card Club or any other game or feature of the Site. It cannot be wagered, staked, converted into Play Chips, or used to enter, unlock, or affect any game. * Purchases of Golf Ball Credit are final. Refunds are provided only where required by law or where we determine, at our discretion, that a technical error occurred. * Long Stroke may suspend or close an account for fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of these Terms; unredeemed Golf Ball Credit on a closed account will be handled consistent with applicable law. 5. Long Stroke Card Club — Free-to-Play Entertainment * Long Stroke Card Club is offered free of charge, for entertainment purposes only. * Play Chips used in Card Club cannot be purchased with real money, earned through the purchase of Golf Ball Credit or anything else, or acquired by any means involving payment. * Play Chips have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, sold, or converted into cash, Golf Ball Credit, merchandise, or anything else of value, under any circumstance. * A Play Chip balance is a scorekeeping mechanism only. Winning or losing Play Chips has no effect on your Golf Ball Credit balance, your account, or anything you can purchase or redeem. * Long Stroke may reset, adjust, cap, or discontinue Play Chip balances or the Card Club feature at any time without liability, since Play Chips carry no value to begin with. 6. Fair Play, Anti-Cheating, and Anti-Collusion (Card Club) To keep Card Club fair for everyone, you agree that you will not, and will not attempt to: * Use bots, scripts, automation, or third-party software to play on your behalf or gain an advantage; * Collude with other players, share hole cards during active play, or coordinate to manipulate outcomes; * Exploit, reverse-engineer, or probe the Service's software or infrastructure; * Use multiple accounts to gain an advantage or evade restrictions; * Attempt unauthorized access to any account or system on the Site. Violation of this section is grounds for suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending tournament entry under Section 7. 7. Card Club Tournaments and Leaderboards (Online) Long Stroke Card Club may offer online tournaments, leaderboards, or ranked events from time to time. These run entirely online, as part of the free-to-play Card Club described in Section 5. * Entry to any Card Club tournament or leaderboard is free and requires no purchase of Golf Ball Credit or anything else. * Your Golf Ball Credit balance and purchase history have no effect on your eligibility, standing, or outcome in any Card Club tournament or leaderboard. * Long Stroke may modify, cancel, or discontinue any tournament, leaderboard, or ranking feature at any time without liability. 8. Used Golf Ball Buyback (Separate In-Store Program) If Long Stroke offers to purchase used or found golf balls from customers for cash at the physical range, that program is a separate, in-person retail transaction. It has no connection to your Site account, Golf Ball Credit balance, or Card Club activity, and is not governed by these Terms. Ask range staff for current buyback terms and pricing. 9. Account Responsibility You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify Long Stroke immediately of any unauthorized use. Long Stroke is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. 10. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff; post obscene, defamatory, or infringing content; or interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks. 11. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, software, and design elements on the Site, including the "Long Stroke Card Club" name and logo, are the property of Long Stroke or its licensors and may not be copied or used without prior written consent. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. 13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Long Stroke and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Long Stroke's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Golf Ball Credit in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim. 14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Long Stroke and its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. 15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits a government agency's authority to investigate or bring an enforcement action. 16. Modifications to These Terms Long Stroke may modify these Terms at any time, including in response to changes in applicable law. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. 17. Severability If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. 18.
